Here are my thoughts on Enthusiasm:

Have you ever noticed that if you have a big crowd at a dance that the dancers create their own level of enthusiasm and that their excitement infects you? Sometimes we forget that even a small group paid to have fun and that we owe them our enthusiasm. We need to infect them with our enthusiasm! If we come in all pumped up and ready to call they will be able to tell. If we feel let down by the size of the dance they can tell that also. We have to remember that it is of utmost importance to let them have fun no matter how we feel. As professionals it is our job to provide them with that service. We have to shut out everything but what we are doing at that moment, calling? No. Entertaining!
