Webster's Definition:
2: a measurement of the difference of altitude of two points by means of a level
9: the magnitude of a quantity considered in relation to an arbitrary reference value

Here are my thoughts on Level:

The level of calling, dance programming, timing, degree of difficulty and advertised level/program can make it tough to create a fair dance for everyone. In most dances you will find a lot of these varying dynamics all at once. Remember you are the professional; do not let the dancers influence you on the level you should be calling.
