Webster's Definition:
1. Timbre, tone, influence, attitude, color or quality "That sounds like a flute."
2. Musical style or genre "That is like a classic rock sound.
3. Seem, appear or look "That sounds like a good idea."
4. Clear, healthy, able, fit "Being of sound mind and body"
5. Consistent, reliable, perfect or logical "That is using sound judgment."
6. Audio equipment "I have my sound in the trunk."

Here are my thoughts on Sound:

If dancers have trouble hearing you, they misunderstand you, or otherwise misinterpret something you say based on the quality or quantity of your sound; you have a duty to yourself and your customers to learn more about sound. I look forward to "hearing" from you!
